THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT (HEREINAFTER “YOU” or “YOUR”) AND THE APPLICABLE BEYOND SAFTY COMPLIANCE CONTRACTING ENTITY LISTED HERE (HEREINAFTER “MATURITY MODEL WORKING GENIUS ASSESSMENT”).
Purchasing a Maturity Model Working Genius Assessment communicates that you accept this agreement. There is no obligation on anyone to enter into this agreement. At no time will anyone be forcibly coerced into this agreement; this is voluntarily entered into by means of participating in the purchase.
The Maturity Model Working Genius Assessment is a on online questionnaire with both radio buttons and optional text boxes that results in an algorithmic assessment to assign categories of the Working Genius model (based on the Patrick Lencioni Working Genius concept). Should your answers result in ambiguity, some attempts will be made to render the results less ambiguous, but at all times you can select what you choose. The more honest and open you are, the more useful this assessment will be to you. The final result will be given to you in a .pdf, and you are invited to a debrief session with Beyond Safety Compliance to review your results.
Should you give false information (an erroneous email address, a nonfunctioning payment option), you cease to be engaged in this agreement. Repeated use of false information may result in you being banned from using the Maturity Model Working Genius Assessment.
The Maturity Model Working Genius Assessment is best used in groups (teams of people), and in this case, you can invite your team members to complete the assessment. In so doing, you allow your results to be used in conjunction with your team members to allow the team to find its ideal configuration. All your team members will also allow their results to be shared with you.
Any maliciousness on your part to sabotage the Maturity Model Working Genius Assessment will result in blocking of service, and depending on the circumstances, informing the authorities of your activities.
